Communication training is aimed at individuals, groups of colleagues and teams who want to understand their communication issues and find a better way of working together. We work with specific examples from everyday working life.

Short-form communication training provided internally is free of charge. Standard courses (outside UZH) tend to be more suitable if more extensive training is required. HR Development can provide advice here, but does not assume any costs of external communication training or other courses from external providers. |
