Private Mailings

Only franked items are accepted and forwarded to Post CH AG.

Stamps are available at our UZH post office counters at Irchel and City center campus. The WebStamp service is only available to privately registered persons.

Franked letters can be handed in at the UZH post office counters or deposited in the internal exit mail boxes. Unstamped mail items will be returned to the sender or charged to the recipient.

UZH envelopes may not be used for private consignments

You can transfer your parcel dispatch at all post office counters and pay the tax cashless with your card. We will forward the parcel to Post CH AG.

Individual parcel collection during UZH counter opening hours is possible. This requires a private registration in the customer center of Post CH Ltd "PICKPOST", just enter your private email address and choose a correct PickPost delivery address. Please use only "PickPost" for the delivery of your private parcels and not your departmental and organizational addresses of the institutes.
