This project is part of a large European eye-tracking research project (https://multipleye.eu/). The research project includes a multilingual eye-tracking while reading data collection. Eye-tracking data can be used to study various psycholinguistic research questions. For example, we can try to find out how different text types (instructional, prose, etc.) influence the time that a reader needs to process a text. You will contribute by collecting eye-tracking data in our lab but you can also use data that others collected. Then you can use your collected data to answer psycholinguistic research questions. What exactly you would like to investigate is open for discussion and depends on your specific interests.
