In my project, I aim to investigate the neural processes and temporal microstate dynamics of Speech-in-Noise comprehension in older adults with hearing loss. I focus on the comprehension of whole sentences to reflect real-world communication scenarios. This research targets older adults due to their high prevalence of hearing impairment, highlighting the importance of understanding the specific challenges they face in speech processing, particularly in noisy environments.
