Our office is made up of four divisions: 

  • Strategic Procurement: runs the P4U ordering platform and connects UZH employees with more than 90 suppliers.
  • Materials Center: manages the self-service shop at Irchel Campus and stocks a range of over 2,000 office and lab supplies for researchers.
  • Technical Services/Glassware: provides first-level support for lab equipment and manages a glassblowing facility.
  • Logistics: delivers, collects and handles mail and goods consignments. The office manages a fleet of vehicles and oversees transport services in the Zurich area. We offer solutions for our clients’ needs in the area of teaching, research and university administration.
