The Global Affairs team puts UZH in the global spotlight:

• We define, coordinate and implement the UZH Global Strategy 2030 in cooperation with the faculties and relevant central units.
• We support UZH’s Executive Board in all international affairs.

We support UZH members with the following services:

• We support with advice on international collaborations, international visits to UZH and events to support UZH’s visibility abroad.

• We help you get engaged with international partners within the framework of university networks (LERU, Una Europa, University 21) and strategic university partnerships.

• We can grant access to international (event) platforms and communication channels for outreach activities and public visibility.

• We give regular information on international funding opportunities.

Global Affairs

The Virtual Welcome Center offers resources for international students and scholars covering all questions from planning to arriving in Zurich. The website also provides guidance for UZH members who host international guests.
