I am currently enrolled in a Master's program in Psychology and working as a research intern within the Computational Neuroscience of Speech & Hearing research group. My primary involvement revolves around projects aimed at addressing the challenges associated with hearing loss in older adults, as well as exploring the effectiveness and applicability of various working memory assessments. Additionally, my master's thesis forms an integral part of a broader research endeavor titled "Benefits of auditory-cognitive training for hearing rehabilitation and cognitive functioning in older hearing-impaired individuals". This project delves into the potential advantages of incorporating auditory-cognitive training programs within the framework of hearing rehabilitation strategies.
