Our group is growing! We are happy to announce that from December 1st, we are joined by Hanna Fechner (Postdoctoral Researcher) and Chiara Tschirner (PhD Student). 

Hanna is a cognitive scientist interested in computational models for human cognition. As a postdoctoral researcher in the Digital Linguistics Lab at UZH, she will focus on memory and language processing in children, younger, and older adults, combining experimental data, cognitive modeling, and machine-learning techniques.

Chiara will be working on experimental and computational methods in the research of developmental language disorders. She is generally interested in how experimental methods can be applied to different linguistic areas, such as grammar theory, typology and computational linguistics.
