10.01.2022EAMT research grant awarded for sign language translation research

The European Association for Machine Translation (EAMT) will sponsor some of our sign language translation research in 2022.

The grant money will be used to organize the first shared task on sign language translation at the Conference for Machine Translation (WMT).

The organization of this shared task is coordinated by members of the EASIER project at our department.
